Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to enjoy Rush Hour: on our website, in the RH Rewards app and in the room.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, on rushhournj.com and in the RH Rewards app. We treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a box we’ve ticked: we check new pages and features as we build them, and fix problems as we find them.
What we do
- Pages use headings, landmarks and labels that screen readers can follow.
- Meaningful images have text descriptions. Decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
- Forms label every field and say what went wrong when something’s missing.
- Text is set against high-contrast backgrounds, and pages work with the keyboard.
- The app follows your phone’s text-size setting, and its buttons are large enough to tap easily.
Known limitations
Some parts of the website use motion and video for atmosphere. If they get in your way, set your device to reduce motion, or tell us and we’ll help.
Some photos in the gallery have short descriptions rather than full ones.
Need help or found a problem?
If anything on the website or in the app is hard to use, tell us what you were trying to do and we’ll help, or we’ll give you the same information another way. For example, we can email you the menu, prices or event details. Email [email protected] and we’ll reply within two business days.
At the venue
Our staff are glad to help with anything you need during your visit. If you have a specific access question before you come, email [email protected] and we’ll answer it directly.
